IrieVybz AI is operated by NexusHub International Inc. We provide AI-powered business automation services — including Karen AI, your always-on business assistant. When you sign up or use our services, you're trusting us with your business information. We take that seriously.

Information We Collect

We collect what we need to run your service — nothing more:

  • Sign-up details — your name, email, phone number, and business information when you register.
  • Payment information — processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. We never store your card numbers on our servers.
  • Website analytics — how visitors interact with your website (page views, clicks, device type), collected only with your consent.
  • Chat conversations — messages exchanged with Karen AI so she can learn your business and serve your customers better.

How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery — setting up and running your Karen AI assistant, configuring your channels, and managing your account.
  • Support and communications — responding to your questions, sending important account updates, and keeping you informed about your service.
  • AI improvement — we use your data to improve Karen's responses for your business only. Your data is never used to train models for other businesses.
  • Marketing communications — occasional emails about new features or tips. You can opt out at any time.

Data Storage & Security

  • Where it lives — your data is stored on our own servers hosted at Hetzner (Germany), not on third-party cloud platforms.
  • How it's protected — all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is strictly controlled.
  • Tenant isolation — your business data is completely separated from every other business on the platform. There is no data sharing between tenants.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the platform:

  • PayPal and Stripe — payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Chatwoot — the live chat system powering Karen AI's conversations on your website and social channels.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — website analytics. These are only activated after you give consent via our cookie banner.
  • Social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others — only when you connect your accounts to the platform.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you or your business.
  • Correction — ask us to fix any inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your data. We'll confirm when it's done.
  • Export — get a full export of your business data in a portable format.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
