Agreement to Terms

By signing up for or using IrieVybz AI services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all plans — Web Starter, AI Messenger, AI Autopilot, and AI Studio.

Services

IrieVybz AI provides AI-powered business automation services, which may include:

  • Website creation and hosting
  • Karen AI chatbot (website, WhatsApp, Instagram)
  • Multi-channel messaging and customer support
  • Voice agent (answers your business phone)
  • Content generation and social media posting
  • Appointment booking and calendar management
  • Email marketing via newsletters
  • Business analytics and reporting

The specific features available to you depend on the plan you've subscribed to, as described at sign-up.

Subscription & Billing

  • Recurring billing — your subscription is billed monthly via PayPal or Stripe on the same date each month.
  • Cancel anytime — you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Send your cancellation to nexushub.ai@gmail.com.
  • No partial refunds — we don't issue refunds for partial months. Your service continues until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Price changes — we'll give you at least 30 days notice before changing your subscription price.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IrieVybz AI or Karen AI to:

  • Conduct illegal activities of any kind
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to access another business's data on the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our AI systems or technology
  • Violate any applicable laws or platform policies (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Intellectual Property

  • Yours — your business data, your brand assets, your customer contacts, and any content you bring to the platform remain your property.
  • Ours — the IrieVybz AI platform, Karen AI technology, underlying software, and all related intellectual property belong to NexusHub International Inc.
  • AI-generated content — content that Karen AI creates specifically for your business (posts, emails, responses) is yours to use however you like.

Data Ownership

  • Your business data is your property at all times.
  • You can request a full export of your data at any time by emailing nexushub.ai@gmail.com.
  • Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days so you can request an export. After 30 days, it is permanently and irreversibly deleted unless an export has been requested.

Limitation of Liability

IrieVybz AI is provided "as is." We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime or that Karen AI will always say exactly the right thing.

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, missed customer messages, or AI responses that don't meet your expectations.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Termination

  • By you — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to nexushub.ai@gmail.com.
  • By us — we may terminate your account with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately if you violate these terms.
  • After termination — we will make your data available for export within 30 days of the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica and/or the United States as applicable, depending on your location and the nature of any dispute. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
